E-Commerce Online Sales Processor

It's always a GOOD day at Goodwill! We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our E-Commerce Online Sales Processor.
Position Summary:
Our E-commerce Online Sales Processor will be responsible for the online listing of donated goods on various platforms with the goal of maximizing the value in order to support GCI’s mission, as well as developing working knowledge of different product types and their values. Additional duties may be assigned such as jewelry processing, item sorting, and/or shipment processing.
Responsibilities:
  • Achieves key performance indicators (KPIs) and personal sales goals
  • Learns to effectively identify collectible and/or valuable merchandise.
  • Sorts donated goods sent from satellite locations and identifies items of value.
  • Follows security protocol for IT to ensure safety of network and personal data.
  • Lists items on one or more online platforms following ShopGoodwill’s guidelines for postings.
  • Maintains accuracy of physical inventory.
  • Interacts with customers in a timely, kind, and courteous manner.
  • Assists with shipping auctions as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned based off the needs of the department.
Qualifications:
  • Familiar with current technology with a working knowledge of computers, must be able to type quickly and accurately.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and browsers such as Google Chrome
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to learn jewelry processing techniques.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team effectively.
  • Ability to safeguard company property including, but not limited to donated goods.
  • Some knowledge of antiques, collectibles, and jewelry preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
